    This error is due to the presence of an incomplete or corrupted set of OpenGL video drivers on the system.

    OpenGL video drivers are provided by the vendor of your video card. To obtain OpenGL drivers for your video card, first identify your adapter. To do this, in the Windows Control Panel, click the the Display icon. Then, visit the manufacturer's Web site and obtain the latest drivers for your card.
