Atomsmith^® Classroom Online Subscription Licensing Information

1. Educational Use Account Subscriptions

   We offer annual Educational Use Account Subscriptions to accredited educational institutions and to teachers/instructors at these institutions. These subscriptions may be used for:

   • in-person classroom instruction
   • distance learning
   • student homework

   Users with Educational Use Account Subscriptions must agree to the following terms to enable their accounts:

   • Terms of Service (TOS)
   • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
2. Commerical Use Account Subscriptions

   Any use of Atomsmith outside of Educational Use (as defined above) – including the use of any copyrighted models, text, images or video recordings from or derived from Atomsmith – on blogs, on YouTube channels or other online sharing and social media sites, in textbooks or other learning materials, or for any purpose earning monetary reward, requires a Commerical Use Account Subscription.

   Users with Commercial Use Account Subscriptions must agree to the following terms to enable their accounts:

   • Terms of Service (TOS)
   • Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
   • Acceptable Use Policy: Commercial Use Supplement (AUP-C)
